The Project “Strengthening business environment for the eco-touristic development of New Valley Governorate” aims at strengthening the social and economic role of women and youth in New Valley Governorate by fostering income generating activities strictly related to local needs and natural resources availability. Among the project activities there is the creation of the Micro-Small Enterprises Incubator (MSEI) of Kharga Oasis, a business incubator that will offer support services to micro, small and medium enterprises in New Valley.
The construction works of the MSEI were concluded in September 2019 and now all the rooms of the MSEI have been equipped with facilities (such as desks, computers, projectors, internet access, etc.).
The MSEI will be an important point of reference for the micro, small and medium enterprises of New Valley. It will provide a variety of support services for businesses and entrepreneurs, such as business training courses and workshops, tutoring and mentoring, counselling, marketing and selling activities, networking opportunities, access to microfinance and so on.

The upcoming course CISS Business Training Program for New Valley Entrepreneurs will be held at the premises of the MSEI and will target in particular women and young people of New Valley that wish to start and/or improve their business in sectors such as handicraft activities, organic farming and ecotourism services.
Stay tuned to know more about the next activities of the Project “Strengthening business environment for the eco-touristic development of New Valley Governorate”.
